Facilitate sustainability and global development, challenging causes and impacts of climate change and using technological development for the harmonious benefit of human beings and nature within the framework of participatory and equitable governance.

01. STRATEGIC ALLIANCES

Generation of strategic alliances between local, national and international institutions and promotion of agreements between sectors and actors (public and private) of productive chains for the generation of investment in the sustainability and sustainable production of natural resources.

02. MULTI-ACTORS COORDINATION

Coordination with local communities, municipalities, public and private, national and international organizations for the collection and channeling of financial and technological resources of international cooperation and donors for the execution of programs and projects of concurrent interest.

03. BASE LINE STUDIES

Promote basic studies and preparatory activities necessary to reinforce the sustainability of production and natural resources, deepening the knowledge of ecosystems and their biodiversity, their potentials, technologies and good management and organization practices for sustainable development.

04. CONCERTED PROJECTS

Dynamize the incubator activities of investment plans, programs and projects with a participatory nature and for the purposes of productive sustainability, identifying and prioritizing the contracting modalities, for example, of eco-systemic services -payments or compensation, their requirements, as well as the administration and adequate investment of their income for the benefit of the various social actors.

05. INCLUSION OF POLICIES

Collaborates in the formulation and implementation of policies for sustainability, management of the environment and natural resources at different jurisdictional levels with the active participation of multi-actors, making the application of policies more efficient, both in the public sector and in government and local populations.

06. PERMANENT IMPROVEMENT

With the institutional work and their feedback, we work with a permanent effort to improve our EFFICIENCY and EFFICIENCY, and promote EQUITY and SUSTAINABILITY in each institutional action.
